We’re looking for a Recruiter who knows how to find great people and juggle multiple roles (bonus points if you love geeking out about games with developers). In this role, you’ll take the lead on the full hiring cycle while teaming up with hiring managers, EB team, and the teams building AA and AAA games. From first contact to onboarding, you’ll help create a smooth, human candidate experience.

We are unconventional creators of action games for PC and consoles - extremely fun to work with and definitely not for the faint-hearted. For over a decade, we pioneered the local game dev scene, driven by the ambition to become the regional game dev leader.

On that quest, we pave our way with exciting games developed in Unreal Engine. Currently, we’re developing Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival - a first-person action horror survival game based on the beloved franchise. Alongside that, we’re working on an unannounced AAA title set in a famous and beloved IP that fans are sure to anticipate. While we can't reveal too much just yet, we can promise this title will push the boundaries of regional game development and generate some serious hype.

What will you be doing as a Mad Head?

As a Recruiter you  would be responsible for the full-cycle selection process, including sourcing, screening applied candidates, conducting HR interviews, coordinating tests and technical interviews, and making offers. You would also be involved in the position opening process with the Employer Branding team, onboarding of new employees and participating in recruitment projects defined at the beginning of the year.

What do we expect from our ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on recruitment background, preferably gained in an in-house setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer stage
  • Background in working within mid-to-large organizations (150+ employees)
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple (4+) open roles simultaneously
  • Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms
  • Strong background in collaborating with both international and local candidates and hiring managers
  • Solid understanding of negotiation processes and proven involvement in offer management
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (B2 minimum)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

It would be a plus if you have: 

  •  Previous involvement in onboarding processes, with a focus on creating a positive new hire experience
  • Background in recruitment within the gaming industry, ideally supporting AA and AAA game projects
  • Experience working in an IT or tech-driven environment
  • Genuine passion for gaming and understanding of player and developer communities
  • Proven track record in executing recruitment initiatives and projects that drive results
