Someone with deep expertise in the Serbian administrative landscape handles it all - from work permits and sole proprietorships to employment contracts and legal compliance - and keeps things running without a hitch. And that someone could be you.

For over a decade, we pioneered the local game dev scene, driven by the ambition to become the regional game dev leader.

On that quest, we pave our way with exciting games developed in Unreal Engine. Our latest released title, Scars Above, is a challenging and immersive 3rd-person sci-fi shooter set in a mysterious alien world. Currently, we’re developing Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival - a first-person action horror survival game based on the beloved franchise. Alongside that, we’re working on an unannounced AAA title set in a famous and beloved IP that fans are sure to anticipate. While we can't reveal too much just yet, we can promise these titles will push the boundaries of regional game development and generate some serious hype.

What will you be doing as a Mad Head?

 1. Relocation and Work Permits 

  • End-to-end management of the process for Residence and Work Permits for foreign nationals via the state Foreigners Portal (Portal za strance)
  • Close collaboration with expats and their families throughout the permit acquisition process
  • Independent and efficient resolution of any ongoing issues, delays, and challenges that arise during the application process
  • Regular fieldwork and visits to all relevant state institutions (Ministry of Interior/MUP, National Employment Service/NSZ, Tax Administration, etc.) for submitting and collecting documentation

2. Management of Sole Proprietorships 

  • Managing the complete process of opening, registering, and closing sole proprietorships (preduzetničke radnje) with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR).
  • Maintaining the Ledger (KPO book) for sole proprietorship (paušalne agencije) 
  • Monitoring, administering, and ensuring timely payment of all fees, duties, and taxes related to the registered agencies

3. HR Administration and Employment Relations

  • Handling administrative tasks regarding the employment status of both foreign and local employees within the company
  • Drafting Employment Contracts, annexes, decisions and accompanying internal procedures in compliance with the Labor Law

4. Legal & Finance Support

  • Working closely with the Legal and Finance department, as well as the accountant, and providing assistance on various legal-administrative projects.
  • Monitoring legislative changes concerning the employment of foreigners and taxation.


What do we expect from our ideal candidate?

  • University Degree - Faculty of Law, Economics, or related fields 
  • 3+ years experience working on a similar position or in a position with a mix of finance and legal tasks with motivation to learn about relocation process in Serbia
  • Candidate with preference to work on the field (example: visiting state institutions, APR, tax administrations) 
  • Knowledge of Serbian labor law, employment administration, and regulatory procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling legal, financial, and administrative documentation
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in English language - both written and spoken form

It would be a plus if you:

  • Previous experience working with expats and familiarity with the relocation process 
  • Previous experience in a subsidiary company functioning under a larger parent organization
  • Knowledge of Russian language
  • Certified Accountant License valid in Serbia
